I like fava beans, but why are there so many layers?



We got these beans in our Farm Fresh to You box.
It's a local CSA that delivers to our door.
There are a couple of different options here, but I think this is the 
best mix of convenience and price for us.
I like that it's a little culinary surprise when we get it.

After peeling, blanching, and peeling again,
I mixed these with some mint and lemon and served with tilapia.

Delicious! Tasted like summer.
